Diagnosis and Solution:This problem occurred after editing the topo_online_config.json in a text editor, it is a bit ambiguous but actually the problem refers to the encoding of the file.
To solve it just take the file and edit it in Notepad ++ and go to the encoding section and select the Convert to UTF-8 function.
Then we save the file and upload it back to minio.
