Diagnosis and Solution:

The weekly load in the mine was carried out but the KPI's are shown at 0, the mine movement is enormous and no solid is displayed. With a reload of the inputs the problem was not solved, nor was it solved by changing the number of categories. A DELTA extraction was carried out with the topography and the solids that were loaded, the result is that a final projected topography was not generated (a 5 kb file was generated and when opened it contained only a few dots). So the problem was identified. The initial plan topography in conjunction with the solids does not generate a projected topography. This is possibly because it is a topography with problems such as holes and therefore the extraction is not performed.

The solution is to work the initial topography of the plan. This can come with problems from the origin (the client) or the problem could have been generated when we worked on it.

To work it we use Meshlab:

- We load the topography of origin

- We review its characteristics in filters --> Quality Measure and Computations --> Compute Topological measures.

The topography will be fine if when doing the analysis it says: "Mesh has 1 holes".

If the topography has many faces, it must be decimated, and for this it is necessary to do a cleaning before, eliminating duplicate vertices and merging nearby vertices. Then we can decimate the number of heads we want (900 Thousand - 1 Million). Then we go back to review its characteristics in Compute Topological Measures, and it may appear to us that it has an indefinite number of holes. If this is the topography that does not generate the extraction, it can be fixed with the filters:

- Remeshing, simplifications and Reconstruction --> Repair Non Manifold Edges.

- Cleaning and Repairing --> Close holes.

If the problem is the initial topography, the inputs must be requested from the client again.
