Diagnosis and Solution: This problem occurs when credentials for accesing the database (may be user, password, host or database) are not correct. Check lhs\etc\lhs-connectors.yml database configuration and make sure the credentials are correct. Try to access the database using SSMS.
If you couldn't access the database with the credentials, notify the Operations Team and Project Manager (if applies) for raising the issue to the client asking for the database/credentials current status.
