Diagnosis and Solution: This problem can occur due to the following causes:
- Bounding Box setted in lhs\etc\lhs-connectors.yml configuration file is not longer than the topography coordinates. In this case, you should check the bounding box by loading the topography into a 3D viewer, e.g., Tangram, Orchestra.
- A larger than usual topography was loaded in the last iteration (you should ask Geometric Team about) to add new zones to the visualization. In this case, it is likely that trucks are traveling in routes through the new area and the DTM scheduled task has not been executed. This makes that there are not a “surface” to let trucks move stucked on the topography. It is recommended to coordinate with Operations Team to execute the DTM scheduled task for generating this "surface" for real time GPS.
