Diagnosis and Solution: This problem occurs when some shovels present a positive deviation in their Z coordinate, which comes from client's FMS. Since shovels do not go through the real-time flow, their Z coordinate is not adjusted to the topography. To solve the problem, you should set an offset for the specified shovels to adjust them to their real position and apply it to the shovels GPS connectors.
