Diagnosis and Solution:This problem is reported as a bug and is fixed in LHS versions since 4.2, so it affects customers with very old versions of TIMA (the last one was LB https://timsoporte.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/5256).
The error itself is that when you see this message for some reason the NATS connection fails and TIMA is in a loop without being able to recover the connection. (This error can be found in the RT log located in the LHS log folder of the geometry server.)

The RT scheduled task must be restarted (Last time it was necessary to restart it twice).
