Diagnosis and Solution:This error occurs when we delete a section to edit it in ORCHESTRA. In occasions, when a intersection between roads is complex or its part of too many roads, deleting a section of the road does not delete the intersection, which corrupts the oif file.
If the intersection cannot be deleted, press ctrl+z to undo the last actions, even before creating the road to create a less complex intersection.
