Diagnosis and Solution:This happens due to certificate problems, the best way to verify this is in Google Chrome in the console of the Devtools tab, if we find the error shown in the image above, it is suggested to check if the certificates assigned by the development team are installed on Windows.
If even so, after installing the certificates in windows, the problem may be that the certificates are not in the TIMA services (for example, in DMH on the Linux server)
